Appointments are based on availability. Some restrictions may apply. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments when possible. Appointments can be scheduled in advance by calling (403) 669-0310 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All email bookings will be re-confirmed by your service provider within one business day.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, Cash and our Gift Certificates/Gift Cards unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation or to Reschedule
Appointment availability can be guaranteed with a major credit card or gift certificate. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or to re-schedule your appointment. For less than 48 hours notice, as a courtesy to us, a 50% charge will be applied to your credit card or deducted from your gift certificate. In the event of a "no show" the full charge for the appointment will be applied.
Cancellations or No Shows
If you have 2 consecutive cancellations or no shows, we require that payment be made in full prior to scheduling any future appointments.
Gratuity & Taxes
Services Prices and Package Prices do not include Gratuity and GST.
Children 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
Health Concerns or Issues
It is your responsibility to notify us at each visit of any medical concerns, allergies, medications(accutane, gold therapy) or using Retin A, glycolic acids or other treatments (botox, fillers), sun exposure or anything that could conflict with any of our services. If you are in doubt, we will be glad to discuss whether or not you should have any kind of treatment/services. In some cases, a medical note from your doctor may be required.
